How to delete your account from Fam
General Prerequisites
- Ensure you are logged into your Fam account.
- Make sure you have access to the email associated with your Fam account.
Steps to delete your account
- Open the Fam app on your mobile device or go to the Fam website (https://fam.com).
- Log in to your account using your credentials.
- Navigate to the account settings:
- On the mobile app: Tap on your profile icon in the bottom right corner, then tap on the gear icon (settings) in the top right corner.
- On the website: Click on your profile picture in the top right corner, then select "Settings" from the dropdown menu.
- Scroll down to the bottom of the settings page.
- Look for an option that says "Delete Account" or "Remove Account."
- Click on the "Delete Account" option.
- You may be prompted to confirm your decision. Follow the on-screen instructions to confirm the deletion of your account.
- You might receive a confirmation email. Open the email and follow any additional instructions to finalize the deletion process.
Notes
- Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone. All your data associated with the account will be lost.
