How to delete your account from Life360
General Prerequisites
- Ensure you have access to the Life360 account you wish to delete.
- Make sure you are logged into the Life360 app on your mobile device.
Helpful or Basic Information to Conduct the Steps Required
- Deleting your Life360 account will remove all your data and you will no longer be able to use the services provided by Life360.
- If you are the Admin of a Circle, you will need to transfer the Admin role to another member before you can delete your account.
Steps to delete your account
- Open the Life360 app on your mobile device.
- Tap on the Settings icon (gear icon) in the lower right corner.
- Scroll down and tap on Account.
- Tap on Delete Account at the bottom of the screen.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to confirm the deletion of your account.
Notes
- If you are the Admin of a Circle, you must transfer the Admin role to another member before you can delete your account. To do this, go to the Circle Management section in the app, select a member, and choose "Make Admin."
